This policy explains how Dhibiti Group Ltd. (“DHIBITI”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website. It covers the website only. Personal data processed inside the R-t-P Portal is covered by the agreement between DHIBITI and the customer organisation.

We process personal data in line with Law No. 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy in Rwanda, and with other data protection laws that apply to you.
What We Collect
When you request a demo, we collect your full name, organisation name, job title, business email address, country and organisation type. You can also choose to give us the approximate number of users, your areas of interest, a message and your preferred meeting times.
When you send us a message, we collect your full name, organisation name, business email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is needed to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not identify individual visitors.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.
Why We Use It
- Responding to your demo request or enquiry, and arranging a demonstration. Legal basis: your consent, given when you tick the consent box on the form.
- Following up about R-t-P after your enquiry. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Protecting the website and its forms from spam and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.
- Understanding how many people visit the website. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the website, using data that does not identify you.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
Who We Share It With
We share personal data only with service providers that help us run the website and respond to you. They process it on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, protects the forms from spam with Cloudflare Turnstile and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Resend delivers form submissions to our team inbox by email.
- Our email service provider stores the messages in our team inbox.
We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, for example to comply with a court order.
Storage Outside Rwanda
Our service providers may store or process personal data outside Rwanda. We transfer and store personal data outside Rwanda only as permitted by Law No. 058/2021, including any authorisation required from the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA), and with written agreements that protect your data.
How Long We Keep It
We keep enquiry and demo request details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact with you. If your organisation becomes a customer, we keep the details needed to manage that relationship under our customer agreement.
Your Rights
Under Law No. 058/2021 you have the right to:
- be informed about how we use your personal data;
- get a copy of your personal data;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- ask us to delete your data;
- object to our use of your data, or ask us to restrict it;
- ask for your data in a portable format; and
- withdraw your consent at any time. This does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email sales@dhibitigroup.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the National Cyber Security Authority, which supervises data protection in Rwanda.
Security
We use service providers with strong security practices. The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only authorised DHIBITI staff can read form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This website is intended for organisations and their staff. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
